Founded in June 2010, Breuckelen is dedicated to creating delicious spirits entirely from scratch. They produce every drop of spirit in their distillery, using organic grains from a New York farm, and age it right in their warehouse. The team at Breuckelen Distilling takes pride in using independent and local products whenever possible and always considers what they can do to lessen their environmental impact on the world.

Distilled from New York grains

750ml Citrus forward with sweet, buttery/velvety, floral and earthy characters / 45% ABV

Glorious Gin starts with New York State wheat. Instead of making a neutral spirit, the wheat is distilled in such a way to retain the honey and buttery characteristics of the grain. We go on to redistill our wheat spirit in batches with one botanical at a time. This method captures the unique qualities of our juniper, fresh lemon peel, fresh grapefruit peel, ginger and fresh rosemary. Each resulting botanical spirit is blended together with more of our wheat spirit to create our unique style of gin.

4th edition of Glorious Gin: Oaked: We start with our Glorious Gin and age it a different way for each release. This time it is aged in 53-gallon new char American oak for around one and a half years. It mellows the herbal botanicals letting the citrus and ginger shine through. The barrel also adds a bit of spicy vanilla, baking spices and oak character suggestive of a whiskey with bitters.

77 Whiskeys are distilled cleaner than typical whiskeys to match the intensity of the spirit with the intensity of the barrel after aging at least one year in oak. 77 Whiskey: New York Wheat is made from 100% New York state wheat. It has flavors reminiscent of a "French toast breakfast". Maple, cinnamon and buttery with a velvety mouth feel.

77 Whiskeys are distilled cleaner than typical whiskeys to match the intensity of the spirit with the intensity of the barrel after aging at least one year in oak. 77 Whiskey: Local Rye and Corn is made from 90% New York state rye and 10% New York state corn. Like a loaf of fresh baked banana bread, Local Rye and Corn starts with bananas on the nose followed by flavors of vanilla, brown sugar and a bit of nuttiness.
